(1) OPERATING HOURS & GENERAL INFORMATION

What are your operating hours?

We operate from Monday to Friday, 11am-6pm (excluding public holidays). Please note that we are not a retail store, so we request that you order in advance at our Online Store or contact us athttps://bit.ly/2THI9AV

 

Can I walk in and buy?

We are a production kitchen, not a retail store, so we are unable to accept walk-in customers. If you'd like to collect an order from our kitchen please order in advance at our Online Store or whatsapp us athttps://bit.ly/2THI9AV for any further questions or enquiries.

 

***Please note that due to the current Covid-19 situation, all self collection is suspended until further notice.***

 

How far in advance should I order?

For home or office delivery, please order by 5PM, at least 1 business day in advance. We may be able to accommodate same day pick up orders for certain products - please whatsapp us at https://bit.ly/2THI9AV to check. Please note that if delivery slots are full for the next day already, you will only be able to select the next available date upon checkout.

 

(2) PACKAGING

Does my order come with dry ice?

Home/office delivery: Most orders are delivered with dry ice condition, so there is no need for individual packed dry ice. Once you receive your order, please store it in a freezer (below -18C) until you're ready to enjoy it.

Pick up orders: Pick up orders is advisable to ensure the gelato pints are store in freezer within the next 30 – 45mins (depending on the outside temperature).

Additional dry ice is available for purchase for delivery or pick up orders. The amount of dry ice you need will depend on the quantity of ice cream you need, and how long you plan to keep the ice cream outside of a freezer. (3) DELIVERY & PICK UP INFORMATION

I forgot about my delivery and wasn't there to receive it - what happens?

You will always receive a confirmation e-mail to help you remember your delivery. We will call you upon arrival if we are unable to find you. If you happen to be out or unable to receive the order and did not inform us at least 1 business day in advance, re-delivery within our standard time slots is $8.

 

I need my delivery to arrive at a specific time. What should I do?

Please drop us an email at hello@bunniebash.com and indicate your order number to arrange with us. For specific/express delivery, additional charges apply.

 

I need to change my delivery date or time. What should I do?

Please reply to your order confirmation e-mail, or whatsapp us at this link https://bit.ly/2THI9AV during business hours to change delivery dates or times. We request that changes be made by 5PM at least one business day before your delivery.

 

Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes, you may pick up your order between Monday to Friday, 11am-6pm, however, please drop us a message at https://bit.ly/2THI9AV at least 1 business day before collection to arrange your pick up timing. Do note we are not a retail shop so we may not have someone to assist you if you just walk-in. Collection is at our production kitchen located at Changi Road, nearest MRT at Eunos.

(4) PRODUCT INFORMATION & STORAGE

I am planning a large event (eg, wedding, corporate event, fun fair etc). Are there any discounts or events packages?

How do I store the frozen gelato and/or waffles pancakes batter?

Please store all gelato or frozen products in a freezer below -18C.

 

Can I keep the Gelato Boba Float overnight?

It is advisable to consume the gelato boba float within 5-6 hours upon receiving especially those with the Gula Melaka boba pearls. The boba pearls will harden or disintegrate if it’s kept overnight.

 

Can I store the gelato in the fridge? Or at room temperature?

No do not store in room temperature or fridge/chiller. Gelato must be stored in a freezer, below -18C.

 

How long can I keep the waffles pancakes batter for?

For frozen waffles pancakes batter, they can be store up to 3 months from date of packing, which is indicated on the packaging. Once the waffles pancakes batter is thawed, please keep it in fridge at 1C to 4C and use it within 5 days. (Please note that the shelf life assumes that you store the product correctly in its required condition.) Please ensure no cross contamination that may affect the quality of product.

 

How long can I keep the gelato for?

The date of packing is indicate on the gelato pint. The gelato can be kept for up to 6 months from date of packing. (Please note that the shelf life assumes that you store the product correctly in a freezer below -18C. If the product melts, the shelf life is no longer valid.)

 

Can I request a gift message?

Yes, please write any gift messages in your Order Notes. We will provide a gift card and notes with your order free of charge.

 

My gift recipient was not at home when the delivery was made. What should I do?

When sending a gift, please inform the recipient of the delivery date and time so that they can make arrangements to receive it - as the gift is gelato, it's not possible to leave it outside if they are not at home. If your friend/gift recipient is unable to receive the gift during the chosen delivery time, we can re-deliver for $8 or you can arrange self-collection for free from our kitchen.

 

(5) REFUNDS & RETURNS

We deliver our products in temperature controlled storage box, so you can be assured that you'll receive your order in tip top condition, ready to be enjoyed immediately or stored in your freezer. 

Please note that given the perishable nature of our products (gelato, frozen batter, gelato boba float), all sales are final. We encourage all customers to take due care to inspect the completeness and quality of their order at the time of delivery. Once you (or a third party representing you) have received your delivery, we are unable to exchange, refund or otherwise amend your order.

All orders made are final and cannot be amended after checkout is completed.
